Engine (original) rebuild (original Chrysler Crown, type C, M1-2155. Bottom is inner marine ply, outer mahogany planks CPES treated. Records available, but included new frame sections 1-14, transom frame, keel and chines replacement ( a few photos of process available). Boat in near-perfect condition with only imperfections being a few cracks in the steering wheel and a small area of varnish cracking near the rear motor hatch border (shown in pics). Would estimate total hours during my ownership at 50 hours. Over last 10 years has been in the water 6 summers, always on a covered lift and has been in storage for the last 3 years. Always freshwater in the upper midwest seeing summer only use. I am the 4th owner since and have owned since 2012.
